Adapter is just as described. Delivery took a bit longer then expected but that's fully understandable given the current situation. So no complaints whatsoever

The adapter works although one can tell is not of good quality. It make a clicking noise (quite loud) when is being used at any other voltage besides 23v. I didn’t trust using it with my devices. I will resell it or just give it away. Can jot advise to buy this one. That being said, it was well packed and it arrived in about a month.
